We are excited to announce that Delegate Bonita Anthony will introduce Sickle Cell Family and Peer Advocates of Tidewater, Inc. to the General Assembly next week. This special moment is scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 2025, 8:00am - 3:00pm and we are currently compiling a list of delegates to visit before proceeding to the gallery.
We warmly invite you to join us in advocating for the Sickle Cell community across the Tidewater area. Your presence and shared stories are vital in helping us raise awareness and garner the support needed for our community.
As a newly established organization, we are deeply committed to supporting individuals and families affected by Sickle Cell Disease. However, our resources are currently limited, and we regret that we are unable to provide transportation assistance at this time. While we are actively exploring ways to enhance our support programs and services, we hope you will consider attending and contributing to this important advocacy effort.
